Reservations
You can make your reservation by phone or email. To confirm your reservation you must prepay an amount equal to 20% of the total cost of your stay in the bank account of our company or with your credit card.
Check in - Check Out
The day of arrival is considered as a whole for the rent regardless of your arrival time. (Reception: 08:00 - 00:00)
- Check in: 13:00 - 00:00 (if you arrive earlier to the hotel and your room is ready you can check in).
- Check out: Until 13:00 at noon.
- Early check in: After communication with the reservation department for availability and free of charge.
- Late check out : After communication with the reservations department for the availability of the room, for stays until 18:00 the fee is equal to 50% of the value of the room, and for stays beyond 18:00 the fee is equal to 100 % of the value of the room.
For your convenience, if you are going to arrive too early or too late, we advise you to inform us in advance.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation you have to inform us 2 days before the arrival date, there will be no charges. In case of late cancellation or not showing, you will be charged the full amount of the stay. This is general hotel cancellation policy. Please note, cancellation policies may differ, so make sure to check them before booking.
Children policy and extra beds
- All children under the age of 2 can stay for free in baby cot.
- All children under the age of 6 years can stay for free in an extra bed.
- All children can stay with the price of 10€ per night / person to an extra bed. There are no provided extra beds in the room.

Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in all areas of the hotel, public places and rooms.
